Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork shoulder, slow-cooked and shredded
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 sandwich buns
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
Shred cabbage and add apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper to a bowl
This will make slaw
Wait ten minutes
Grilled pork and barbecue sauce should be mixed together in a separate bowl
Warm up the sandwich rolls
On the bottom half of each bun, spread mayonnaise
Put the pulled pork and vinegar slaw on top
Place the top half of the bun on top and serve
