Ingredients:
- 3 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs
In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper
Cut the ribs into individual portions and place them in the slow cooker
Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and falls off the bone
Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a serving platter
Optional: Pour some of the sauce from the slow cooker over the ribs before serving
