Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
Instructions:
Put the oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix them together
Add the chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped dried cranberries and mix well
Shape the dough into small cookie-shaped balls with your hands or a cookie scoop
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Put the cookies in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or until they are set and firm
