You cant say no to these rich brownies, which have a hint of sea salt, gooey caramel, and lots of chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped caramel candies
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper
Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt to a large bowl and mix them together
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter and mix well
Add chocolate chips and chopped caramel candies
Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared
If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with wet crumbs, the cake is done
While its still warm, take it out of the oven and sprinkle it with sea salt
Let cool all the way down before cutting into bars
