This cool ice cream has the tropical tastes of pineapple and coconut, and the chia seeds give it extra texture. The result is a creamy and delicious treat.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 1 can 14 oz coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Diced pineapple, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract should all be put in a blender
Mix until its smooth
Mix in the chia seeds until they are well mixed in
Put the mixture in a container that can go in the freezer
Put it in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours, or until its firm
Stir it every hour to keep ice crystals from forming
When its frozen, take a scoop and serve
