Ingredients:
- 8 oz wild salmon fillet
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up your grill or grill pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
Add salt and pepper to the salmon fillet
You can use a fork to flake the salmon after grilling it for 4 to 5 minutes on each side
Take the food off the heat and let it sit for a while
Mix the miso paste, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk
This will make the dressing
Put the mixed greens, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes in a large salad bowl
Cut the grilled salmon into small pieces that you can easily eat and add them to the salad
Add sesame seeds to the salad
Put the lemon miso dressing on top of the salad
Add everything to the bowl and mix it well
Serve right away and enjoy
